ALC’s Tax Exemption Status Approved by the IRS

We are pleased to inform you that the IRS has granted ALC a tax-exempt public charity status under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions to ALC are deductible under section 170 of the Code, and ALC is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts. The effective date of ALC’s exemption is February 22, 2006.

ALC would like to thank the law firm Fulbright & Jaworski, and particularly the team within this institution that worked with us for their help in reaching this important milestone.
