ALC is a non profit organization inspiring and connecting a new generation of African movers and shakers that are willing to develop innovative and effective strategies to enhance their performance as professionals, students, social workers, public administrators/policy makers, etc.

Through its flagship product, Mentoring, ALC wishes to address the crucial need for visionary African leadership and management capacity to strengthen African institutions and skilled African professionals who can contribute to vibrant civil societies and economies.

A major goal of ALC is also to assist successful Africans in the Diaspora to prepare an exit strategy to return to the continent and become strong agents of change for a better Africa.
