Dear Leader,
My name is Chris K. Ngueda and I thank you for affording me the time and the opportunity to introduce myself as Co-Founder of the African Leadership Connection. My entire life’s obsession has been the hunting of human excellence and the behavior patterns of great leaders that are making a significant difference in their respective fields of interests.
As an African I strongly believe that the continent has not yet fully unleashed its potential in terms of human capital. As such, we need to prepare our mindset for greater success and start building the momentum that will raise our standards in this world of increasing globalization.
ALC’s challenge is to master the science of achievement by implementing leadership driven results through mentoring programs with the aim of increasing leaders’ self belief systems.
I have indestructible faith in the success of our vision and I intend to utilize my expertise in mentoring and leadership training gained principally from experience and also from studies at the Dale Carnegie Leadership Academy to fulfill this important mission.
The challenge is not over until together we win!

Dear Leader,
My name is Florence P. Boupda and I am thrilled to be associated with the birth of the African Leadership Connection. As a Co-Founder of ALC, I strongly believe that a brilliant future lies ahead for our continent which is commonly considered nowadays to be the last frontier in terms of private investment and economic development.
For us to be in a position to seize these opportunities, we need a strong contingent of skilled and opportunistic leaders who are willing to take the plunge in exploring what Africa has to offer. ALC’s humble goal is to participate in the sustainable building of that community of like-minded individuals.
Having been educated at Harvard Business School and HEC Paris, I have learnt that a vibrant intellectual community is a key to creating and sustaining business and economic momentum. I was also taught to we can all change the world one small project at a time, and therefore, I would like to invite you to be part of this amazing venture.
